Dedicated to the memory and reputation of the Confederate soldier, as well as the motives for his suffering and sacrifice, are being consciously distorted by some in an attempt to alter history. Unless descendants of Southern soldiers resist those efforts, a unique part of our nation's cultural heritage will cease to exist.

The Kansas Division Sons of Confederate Veterans (SCV) is dedicated to the perpetual task of the preservation and cultivation of our Southern Heritage and our Confederate ancestors memory. This portal to the Kansas Division, Sons of Confederate Veterans, stands in their honor. We invite you to explore this website and the Kansas Division.

"Nothing fills me with deeper sadness than to see a Southern man apologizing for the defense we made of our inheritance. Our cause was so just, so sacred, that had I known all that has come to pass, had I known what was to be inflicted upon me, all that my country was to suffer, all that our posterity was to endure, I would do it all over again." - Jefferson Davis
